Successful Assistant Bagger This is a very fast paced position and success in this position would be characterized by reliable attendance, positive team attitude, forming/shaping the blocks properly, and willing to stay until the job is done.
Job purpose The purpose of this job is to form the blocks into the proper shape, stack them on trays, and move them via a manual pallet jack into adjacent rooms.
Duties and responsibilities Manually form bag inoculated media into proper shape Monitor the completed bags for weight and volume during bagging Stack and form the bags onto trays and transfer via manual pallet jack to the appropriate room Ensure the location is tagged to identify each individual batch Vacuum and sanitize are each day after the batches have been bagged-off Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by the Batch Production Supervisor Wage:
